Delete from the game
- Open Tetrominos and go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and select Delete permanently.
This works for both guest accounts and Google-connected accounts.
Request deletion without the game
If you cannot access the game, email support from the Google email address connected to Tetrominos when possible. Include your display name and state that you want the account permanently deleted. Never send your password, payment card information, or Google Play purchase token.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the Firebase account, profile and email stored by Tetrominos, cloud progress, gameplay state, coins, hints, rewards, subscription entitlement, reward requests, and purchase verification records associated with the account. Local player data is also removed when deletion is completed inside the game.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Google Play subscription
Deleting a Tetrominos account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription separately in Google Play to prevent future renewal. Google may retain its own purchase and payment records under Google's policies.
