1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Tetrominos ("we", "us", or "the game") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Tetrominos Android application. The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: an anonymous Firebase identifier or, if you connect Google, your Google account identifier, display name, email address, and profile information provided by Google.
- Game information: completed levels, scores, attempts, settings, virtual currency, hints, rewards, subscription entitlement, and other gameplay progress.
- Purchase information: product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction status, and entitlement data supplied by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Advertising and consent information: advertising identifiers, consent choices, ad interactions, reward verification identifiers, approximate location inferred from network information, and device information processed by Google AdMob and its partners.
- Technical information: app version, device and operating system information, diagnostics, integrity signals, IP address, usage events, and crash or performance information.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate players, save and synchronize progress, provide purchases and subscriptions, grant verified ad rewards, operate game features, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose problems, measure performance, comply with legal obligations, and improve Tetrominos.
4. Services and sharing
We use service providers that process information on our behalf or under their own terms, including Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Functions, Analytics, and App Check), Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google Play Integrity, Google AdMob, and Google's User Messaging Platform. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer.

5. Advertising choices
Free players may see ads. Where required, the game asks for consent before requesting personalized advertising. You can revisit available consent choices from Privacy & Ads in the game. Device-level advertising controls are also available in Android settings.
6. Storage, retention, and security
Data may be processed in countries other than your own. We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active. When you delete your account, Tetrominos deletes the account and its associated profile, gameplay, economy, reward, subscription entitlement, and purchase verification data. Google may independently retain Google Play purchase and payment records under Google's policies. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may play as a guest or connect Google, change your display name, manage ad consent where available, manage subscriptions through Google Play, and request access to or deletion of your account data. Logging out of an unlinked guest account may make its progress unrecoverable.
You can permanently delete your account directly from Settings in the game or use our Account Deletion page if you cannot access the game. To exercise other applicable privacy rights, contact o.bednarsky@gmail.com. We may need to verify your account before completing a request.
8. Children
Tetrominos is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the game, law, or our service providers. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions can be sent through our Support page or to o.bednarsky@gmail.com.
