1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using Tetrominos, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tetrominos for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable store rules. We retain all rights in the game, its software, artwork, designs, content, and trademarks.
3. Accounts and progress
You may use a guest account or connect Google. You are responsible for access to your device and connected account. Guest progress may become unrecoverable if you log out, clear app data, change devices, or uninstall before connecting Google. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the game or investigate abuse.
4. Virtual items and rewards
Coins, hints, boosts, and other virtual items are licensed game features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the game, and may be adjusted when reasonably required for balancing, fraud prevention, technical correction, or service changes. Advertising rewards are granted only after successful verification and remain subject to stated limits.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and payment policies. Tetrominos Plus subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before the next billing date. Prices, billing periods, taxes, cancellation, and refund eligibility are shown by Google Play and governed by applicable law and Google Play policy.
6. Advertising
The free version may display advertising. Some optional ads offer in-game rewards. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and failure to load or verify an ad does not create an entitlement to a reward.
7. Acceptable use
You must not exploit bugs, automate gameplay or advertising interactions, manipulate purchases or rewards, bypass security or integrity checks, reverse engineer the game except where law expressly permits it, interfere with the service, or use Tetrominos for unlawful purposes.
8. Availability and updates
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, improve, or rebalance the game. Online features depend on networks and third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tetrominos is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
10. Changes and contact
